Whackadoodle Post

December 29, 2013

Hi.

mozzy

Meet Mozzy.

Mozzy is very cute and very small.

Very small=very small bladder=my life riding the PeePee train.

Tell me God it’s going to be worth it?

Also, and I’m just going to put it out there because I have no idea what else to do with it…

There’s a “Fuck You Linda” post that’s been edited and re-worked ad nauseum sitting in my draft box for two months now but I haven’t hit the publish button.

I really want to put “Fuck You Linda” out there because

a) how often do you get to have a nervous breakdown and tell a story about the Looney Bin

and

b) “Fuck You Linda” was a piece of work

and

c) I kinda promised you it was coming

but

d) I have no idea how to end the story because after all was said and done, we Loonies drank tea and played Apples to Apples

because

e) What the heck else were we going to do?

It’s a predicament.  I don’t like to end a story with  tea and Apples to Apples.  It’s boring.

I also don’t like being verbally constipated because I cannot end the “Fuck You Linda” post.

So I’m just going to do it and get it out there.

Tomorrow.

Because I have to take one more day to endlessly dick with it and then end up at Apples to Apples.

xoxo

a. Mozzy is adorbs. b. You better believe I’ve been waiting for that damn post. c. You’re the best for agreeing to post it, even if it’s not in the condition you’d prefer. d. some of my favorite posts of yours are the short, “whackadoodle” ones.

Finish it as it happened. Life doesn’t come giftwrapped with a perfect end to the story, so why should “Fuck You Linda” be any different? I say that hypocritically as I never published my looney bin post about doing karaoke with 10 other patients in the “art therapy” portion of a day, but do as I say and not as I do.

As for the puppy, I’ve been there, and I have to think that dealing with small children would prepare you for life with the pup ;) If nothing else, they can eventually help. For now, enjoy the puppy head smell and put down a few extra pee pads (for the dog, not for you.) XO

Very cute puppy and puppy’s are cute for a reason. And since, this is what I do for a living–I will offer three pieces of advice. 1) crate if you can’t watch the pup 2) keep accidents to a minimum and housebreaking will happen quicker 3) a tired pup is a good pup. Oh, one final–Congratulations, you own a puppy—not your girls. Welcome to dog ownership. :-D

Hello to Mozzy. Yes. It will be worth it, especially if you put the time in to train her (him?). But that’s coming from a crazy dog lady, so take it as you will.
I think apples to apples is a fine place to land, because it’s real and genuine. Get it out there if not getting It out there is causing word constipation. I can’t wait to read it.

OMG mozzy is cute!!!

Fuck you Linda is long awaited. It doesn’t need to have an end. Sometimes Hemingway wrapped it up with 2 heartbreaking sentences.

They keep asking for a dog. They keep asking. Resistance is not futile, at least not this time. Maybe in the spring I’ll think about it again. That’ll give me quite a few months before the following winter when I’ll need to leave my house when I don’t want to to walk a dog I didn’t necessarily want in the first place. I kinda want one too.

The cute! So cute!
Please keep me updated on the antics and pee adventures in gross detail! They’ll serve as an antidote to my ‘I want a puppy/kitty’ desires.

Mozzy looks so sweet!

And yes, it will be worth it! Trooper the Wonder Puppy is also very small, and even he, stubborn as he is, is really good at letting us know he needs to go out.

Good luck!

That was actually the perfect way to end that story.
