Hello, Readers!

This weekend, I broke my butt. Really. Details forthcoming after the pharmaceuticals wear off. Love you!

Well that’s quite a teaser! My mom broke her tailbone when I was younger and there was an instance when I was really little and my mom told me to jump off the swing set and be “Super Grover.” I landed directly on my tailbone.

Hopefully you were just involved in something kinky and “broke my butt” is code for…something more exciting than actually breaking your butt. Regardless, get well soon?

Youre mother hated you, Abby. Everyone knows Super Grover never lands correctly!

I think it was because I was missing my cape. That totally would have saved my ass, literally.

“Broke your butt!” This line reminded me of my childhood when I accidently jabbed my bike seat into my tailbone and it really did feel like I broke my butt.

On a more serious note, hope the meds are working and doing their magic. xoxo

Broke my damn rotator cuff and dislocating my underbutt this weekend. Also, you always get the good shit. What pill can I get for a dollar? (As you do a white girl rendition of I’m your pusher man).

I hope the pharmaceuticals wear off only when you’re ready! Rest up and be as pain-free as they’ll let you.

xoxo

This is great news! Now you can refer to yourself as a “broke ass” regardless of your income!

Seriously though, hope you’re not in an ass-load of pain…

Oh, I’m so looking forward to this one!
In the meantime, feel better and hope it is not really too serious… and if it is: I hope you have kick-ass medication.

Tell hubs that a donut shaped pillow means there must be doughnuts in the house until you recover. Hope the meds are working and you can handle being flat for a few days. Can’t wait to hear what happened!

Nooooo!!! Can’t wait for the story. In the meantime, have hubs bring you one of those inflatable pillows. And sit lightly! xo

Did you break your coccyx? Are you using this as a way to teach the girls the word coccyx? Because you totally should.

Seriously, though, I hope you mend quickly. In the meantime, sit gently and carry a big pillow.

Awe, you poor thing! I feel so bad for you and at the same time I can’t wait to hear the details. At least, you have good meds!

The strangest things happen to you…..Though…back in the day, when I was in gymnastics, I had a friend who did break her butt (tailbone :). It is quite painful. Hang in there.
